TODAY

After I faced the charity cycling race on last Sunday, today I just ran 2 km. Then followed by weight training in the gymnasium for 30 minutes. That’s all I can do today. I ate a lot since last sunday until today. My weight still 79 kg. I hope I will manage to get 73 kg soon. The photo belong to Yap Eng Hui. Thanks
